We are more than happy to accommodate unopened, unworn returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. 30 days after receiving your order we will not accept any returns or exchanges. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Harper Ellis Hair Co. There is a 10% restocking fee that will be applied to all returned Harper Ellis Hair Extensions.

We only accept returns on extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Harper Ellis Hair Extensions are specially packaged and sealed with a security band (the gold or silver band) to identify if the extensions have been tampered with. The security band must be intact. If the security band has been opened, the return and refund will not be accepted, for sanitary purposes.

There are no refunds or returns on color rings.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your return. After inspecting the item we will again notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to be returned to your account.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds.

EXCHANGES

You have 30 days to exchange an item from the day you received it. Please email rachel@harperellishair.com with order number and inform us which item you want to exchange for.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for covering shipping cost when returning/ exchanging an item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for purchasing shipping insurance on your purchase. Harper Ellis Hair Co. does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

WHAT IF MY HAIR IS FRIZZY OR TANGLES?

If you should experience dryness and tangling, don’t panic.

90% of the returned hair we inspect is solved by removing all the build-up with a clarifying shampoo wash, vinegar rinse and daily conditioning.

All of our extension products are cautiously inspected during the manufacturing process. Our number one priority is to deliver you with the up-most luxury hair extensions on the market. So here is what we suggest…

We advice and encourage you to inspect every order you receive from Harper Ellis Hair Co. This process insures that you will happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the hair please see our return policy to handle this matter.

If for any reason there is a complaint after the hair is installed please notify us immediately.

After contacting our company, if the issue for any reason, is the quality of the hair please STOP the current product usage and continue with the steps below.

1: Comb the hair with a wide tooth comb

2: Apply Brazilian Bond builder b3 Ionic Extension Cleanser leave for 30 min to open the cuticles

3: Soak in water for 2 hours to rehydrate

4: Dip in Vinegar & rinse to close the cuticles

5: Towel Dry

6: Apply Brazilian Bond Builder + b3 Demi Permanent Conditioner leave for 1 hour

7: Rinse and blow dry with low heat setting

8: Style using low heat (250*)

We would would like to raise awareness that NOT all extension hair and products are created equal. One certiain product does not work on all extension types/hair.

Harper Ellis Hair Co. is not responsible and will not replace hair for any discoloration that may happen due to water activities or sunscreen use. We are also not responsible for and will not replace any hair that has been altered due to hair coloring or toning (including the use of purple shampoos). We are not responsible for damage caused due to salt water, chlorine, or any water activities.
