RETURN POLICY:
Due to the nature of the product and keeping our warehouse sanitary, there are no returns accepted at this time. Why? Open items can not be returned to ensure the safety of customers and employees. Other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
We do offer exchanges! If you your order is still in the gold banded seal and not been worn in any way, and it is within the 14 days of delivery, then you can send your exchange into the following address:

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations or returns of orders once placed are not accepted regardless of ship date.
